1. Implemented a natural wood chipped driveway and parking lot for improved soil health. A reduction in man made foreign materials on the land keeps the soil quality natural and untainted. Utilized wind fallen trees to create wood chips and used logs for the perimeter of the driveway.

2. Constructed an off grid coldhouse/root cellar using geothermal cooling to achieve refrigerated temperatures to keep produce fresh and cold after harvesting. Installed cold air intake pipes for cooling and solar powered fans to keep air circulating.

3. Barn built from lumber milled from trees on the property reducing demand for outside lumber. Utilized the exterior of milled lumber (live edge) to create the peaks on the barn.
