Honey Berries – Superfruit with 2x the vitamin A and 4x the vitamin C of a blueberry. Also known as Haskap berries they are nutritional powerhouse with triple the antioxidants of blueberries.

Blueberries (blue and pink lemonade) – Prebiotic fruit that can support the gut micorbiome. Reduces the risk of chronic diseases, improves vision, and supports overall health.

Asparagus (green and purple) – It is an excellent source of vitamin K and folate. Also a good source of vitamin A&C, riboflavin, and thiamin. The purple variety is 20% sweeter then green asparagus.

Strawberries – +High levels of vitamin C and other antioxidants help reduce the risk of serious health conditions. Also promotes weight loss by boosting the production of adiponectin and leptin, two fat burning hormones.

Pineberries – Described as a combination of pineapple and strawberry flavor. Great source of folic acid, phosphorus, and vitamin C.

Kiwi Berries – No need to peel these you can eat them just like berries. They are one of the best sources of Vitamin C, potassium, and folate and are also very good for reducing anxiety and blood clotting.

Blackberries – Rich in manganese a trace mineral that helps the form connective tissue and build bones. Packed with vitamin C & K and helps support oral health.

Raspberries (red and gold) – Contain a high amount of powerful antioxidants which improves brain health and helps prevent memory loss caused by aging.

We implement companion planting with the strawberry and asparagus beds. Companion planting is the process of growing different plants together for mutual benefit. Asparagus plants send nitrogen down into the roots of the strawberry plants creating a natural nature produced fertilizer and the strawberry plants provide ground cover for the asparagus which gives a natural weed barrier.
